The focus on core strength, correct posture, and movement to music are what I love. The individual choreography and the music picks are awesome! The vibe is positive. The studio is clean.
It builds long lean muscles. Arm circles, planks, stretch class, and cardio are a great challenge for the body.
It’s so fun! You have to try it!! You will definitely get abs and core strength and more flexibility if you stick with it. The best thing is sometimes, you will feel like a real live ballerina!! And who doesn’t want that?!! :)
