When it comes to finding an exercise routine that works for you. Convenience is key. If you can’t find a gym or fitness studio near you, the likelihood of establishing a regular fitness regimen is low. That’s why we knew it wasn’t enough to only have one option. You can now join us in the heart of Lancaster at our physical studio or right from home through virtual.
Don’t get us wrong, there are a bunch of other gyms in Lancaster, PA. But we know you. We know you don’t want the same experience you get at your local gym. You want more. You want a variety of classes in an intimate environment. You want personal attention. And, let’s be honest, you don’t want to be just a number in a big gym that smells of rubber and body odor.
You are important to us. It’s important that we do our best to meet the needs of every single person who walks through our doors. We’re also committed to contributing to the urban renewal happening in Lancaster, PA. Our studio is open, airy and meant to inspire you. It offers a luxurious, boutique experience. We want you to tell your friends you’re going to your daily self-care getaway, not trudging along to the local gym you feel forced to go to. You want to love where you live, why not love where you choose to workout?
Our Downtown Lancaster studio faces Lancaster Central Market, in the midst of all the action you love in our walkable city. This studio is the home for our virtual options, so you can get the feel of being with us, wherever you are. Whether it’s a daytime Move It then Market routine or nighttime barre then bar experience you’re looking for, the city studio is a destination.
Our newly launched virtual platform, Move It at Home features beautiful professionally-recorded classes along with live-streaming classes 7 days a week. All Move It at Home members also enjoy quarterly challenges, ongoing access to the Intro Experience, and a monthly meetup to connect with the Move It Team and other members. It truly is the in-studio experience, at home!
After five successful years, our Manheim Township location closed in November 2020 due to the pandemic.
