Kundalini yoga is a yoga that combines a set of postures, breathing practices, meditations, and relaxation techniques. It is an ancient science that works on your 7 chakras, the arcline and your aura. It focuses on the mind, body and spirit. In this class you will see a blend of chanting, movements, breathwork, conscious conversations and Reiki. This class is welcome to anyone and no prior experience is needed to participate. Mellanie hopes to create a space where anyone can feel like they belong, connect to their bodies, spirit, and each other.

Give those tight muscles a chance to breathe and you’ll notice you can move more freely in your other activities.

Mat Pilates emphasizes proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, and concentration on flowing movements. Pilates conditions the whole body, training several muscle groups at once. Rooted in the rhythm of jazz music, jazz dance is a true American art form. Includes a warm-up that develops strength, flexibility, coordination, and dance techniques specific to jazz dance. Includes choreography set to popular music and encourages individual expression and development of personal style.
