Calling all barre newbies, we’ve got the perfect way to get you connected (and hooked) on the barre classes everyone’s raving about. After numerous requests, our downtown location has just launched a NEW Move It Barre Beginner class. This class meets Saturdays at 11:30 AM and is the perfect way for you to get all of the technique in place to get your best barre workout.
Taught by our resident yoga expert, Lucy Garnett Caldwell, you’ll find a deeper understanding of barre movements than you can get in our standard Move It Barre class. Barre is all about small movements done in high repetition. How you perform those movements makes all the difference in how much you feel it. Whether you take it once or add it to your regular barre workout, Move It Barre Beginner offers you everything you need to get your best barre workout.
