Why did you start taking classes at Move It Studio?
I was looking for a change in my workout routine. I was doing a lot of CrossFit and it was beginning to hurt my joints. I wanted a workout that would provide more toning and lengthening with less impact.
What is your favorite part of taking classes at Move It Studio?
I love how each teacher has a different style! You are working muscles in a totally different way each class.
What have you gained from your time with us?
My strength and flexibility has increased tremendously. Barre has helped tone my body more than any other workout.
What would you say to someone considering to start taking barre classes?
It will be the best decision you make! Not only do you get an amazing workout you become part of a great fitness community.
