Move It Barre Cardio and Move It Barre Stretch are the perfect way to round out your weekly workouts at Move It Studio.
Move It Barre Cardio takes all the elements you already love about Move It Barre and picks up the pace to increase your heart rate. Classic barre movements, plus heart-pumping cardio, equals the best of both worlds. Class meets Saturdays at 9 AM.
Looking to increase your flexibility? Give those tight muscles a chance to breathe with Move It Barre Stretch. This class combines Move It Barre toning to warm the muscles with extended stretching to get the lengthening effect you need! Class meets Sundays at 9 AM.
