We started the Move It Co-op with the goal to engage movement and wellness educators, take concrete antiracist actions, and enrich clients' lives. Since September 2021, Move It Co-op partners have offered services utilizing our studio space. Our partners offer events to continue to create beautiful experiences in the Downtown Lancaster community.

Erin (they/she) is a healing practitioner, writer, fitness instructor, and group facilitator with a master’s degree in Integrative Health Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies. They are a Level 3 Reiki practitioner and have been practicing Reiki since 2016. Erin believes that healing is a process, not a destination. It’s life-long and multi-generational. It is messy, non-linear, and scary. It’s beautiful and expansive. It is all of the things. Ultimately, healing is the journey of coming home to ourselves. She feels tremendous gratitude for the opportunity to support folks in their healing journeys and is thrilled to offer Reiki at Move It Studio!

Local licensed dietition, Jessica Kelly, is now Move It’s preferred partner for nutrition services. Nutrition that Heals is a private practice that takes insurance and offers supportive nutrition in a body neutral way. That means the focus is on empowering you to do what is right for your body to do the things you want to do.
During her most recent time working as an inpatient clinical dietitian, a great opportunity presented itself and it was a great way to move into focusing more on her dream of opening a private practice. She currently works full time as a contract dietitian with Dietitians on Demand conducting 1:1 nutrition counseling sessions while also working with clients here at Nutrition That Heals, LLC. She has been grateful enough to know how powerful good nutrition can be, but after being diagnosed with endometriosis in March 2022, she had to fully focus on the importance of anti-inflammatory foods, proper hydration, and self-care. This diagnosis motivated her to put pen to paper and get her business started – she wanted to teach what she had learned to others – food should be nourishing. Jessica wants to show you how you can heal with good nutrition, and feel your absolute best!

Move It is your local studio. More than fitness, we connect people across disciplines to bring the best of movement and wellness to Downtown Lancaster. As a values-based business, we recognize that boutique fitness has a history of catering only to certain groups of people. The Move It Studio Co-op is another way to broaden our reach and create beautiful experiences for every body.
