Spring Sprint 2019 starts March 16!
As the snow starts to melt and the buds start to bloom, it’s never been a better time to be at Move It! Maybe the winter slump has set in and you’ve fallen out of your routine. Maybe you’ve been consistent, but are ready to step up your game. Maybe you’ve been waiting for the right opportunity to try out Move It Barre. No matter what brings you to the studio, we’ve got a place waiting for you.
The Spring Sprint challenge is offered at no additional charge for all clients both new and current. It runs for 15 days starting March 16 and is all about what you want to do! Set your own goal, 5, 10, or 15 classes and track your progress with your very own card (available at the front desk). This isn’t about meeting some ridiculous societal standard of what your body should look like or being shamed into motivation, it’s about you setting a goal and achieving it. All you have to do is reserve your classes and put your name on a card, we provide the amazing atmosphere, workout, and inspiration.
By now, you know that we are not about making you feel like you have to look a certain way. We know you’ll experience amazing physical benefits from our classes, but we want more for you. We want you to experience movement to energize your life. Movement to strengthen. Movement to inspire. Movement to help you connect to your true being. If you’re looking for a bikini body challenge, you won’t find it here. What you will find is a group of motivated, dedicated women who understand that looking good is more than a number on the scale, it’s about how you feel.
